The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

Faculty can notify OCSRR of how they are handling concerns or request assistance via our online reporting form in Maxient (here). 
 
The University of Maine System Student Code of Conduct can be found here.
 
To request Dean’s Certifications, Release of Disciplinary Records, or Transfer Forms, please submit those requests here. Please allow for seven (7) buisness days for the completion of these requests and fourteen (14) buisness days for any release of disciplinary records that may require the redaction of other students’ information from the record.
